Super Energy-efficient Three-component Elastomer Casting Machine (Colors can be added)
Used for production of TDI/MDI/NDI polyurethane elastomer products of which chain extender is MOCA and BDO. Mill base can be filled in the mixing head directly.
1. Energy efficient.
The heat is generated from friction of atomic motion insdie storage tank and thus has high heating efficiency, short heating time( 30 minutes of preheating) and less heat loss. Due to the abandonment of the traditional jacket heating with conduction oil, the machine has small size and large inner space, convenient maintenance and is much more energy efficient(15KW installed capacity, only a quarter of the capacity of old type machine) and environment friendly.
2. Easy swith of mill base.
Multi combination(max 5) of mill base can be filled in mixing head independently or at the same time. Colors can be swithed with one button, fast and convenient. Users can get their favourite color with different combination based on CMYK colors mixing principle. Pressure can be adjusted independently to meet the pressure of raw material. It can avoid situations of no mill base or being uneven. This guarantees more and nice colors of product.
3. Needle valve machine head with adjustable pressure.
As is well known, the ideal state of casting machine is the pressure of pouring is similar to the pressure of circulation and this can guarantee consistent pouring and filling time of each component and stable flow. The filling of each component is controlled by needle valve and thus both the pouring pressure and circulation pressure can be adjusted to the best value to guarantee accurate proportion and consistent pouring time of each component. There will be no problem of raw material waste beacause of proportion imbalance at the beginning of pouring or no mill base. At the beginning of pouring process in old type machine, there is a waste of 200-400g material.
4. Accurate mixing head.
Mixing head of this machine is made in 316 grade stainless steel and has nice smooth finish and appearance. As the most advanced vertical cutting and stirring technology has been adopted on this machine, the anchor mixing head can stir material well and even without need for high rotate speed(3000-35000r/min). The mixing chamber has a small size(dia:3cm) and there is only one cleaning needle valve(2 in old type machine) and thus it can save more than 50% dichloromethane and raw materials.
5. Electric control.
A 10.1’’ touch screen is used on this machine as upper computer and Siemens PLC is used as lower computer. Siemens measurement and control system for pressure and temperature with modular architecturem, Germany imported original high temperature pressure sensor, Siemens high-speed mixing motor guarantee stable performance of machine. Temperature is calculated with PID arithmetic with better accuracy. Rotary speed can be budgeted and set through screen. Operation of percentage test can be completed by one person.
6. Remote assistance(optional).
Connected to internet, remote assistance can be provided to help users solve problems in operation, detect and judge the data accuracy and upgrade software system. Users can solve problems at the earliest.
7. Protection function.
The system has complete protective circuit including pressure?protection, overload protection, lack of material protection and metering pump no-work protection(avoid pouring with one of metering pumps not working). All errors are displayed in touch screen and error records can be reviewed anytime. It’s convenient to find out problems and solve them.
8. Cleaning reminder.
The air-water cleaning time can be set. Within the set time after pouring processs, the machine will give alarm for cleaing so operators will not forget to clean. This can avoid material getting solidified inside mixing chamber and stiring head being unable to remove.
9. Cleaning and discharging function in case of power failure.
Built-in UPS power is optional. The UPS power will start automatically when there is a power failure and the machine will complete cleaning and discharging process to avoid mixing head getting stuck and being unable to remove.
10. Arbitrary combination of multi components.
Max 7 components including mill base and catalyst are available. It’s suitable for production of different isocyanate system like TDI/MDI/NDI and elastomer products with different chain extenders.
11. The machine is equipped with MOCA melting device. Instead of filling MOCA inside discharging hopper before melting, MOCA granules are filled inside charging bucket directly. And this has saved much time and labour and MOCA will not change color because of high heating temperature and final product will not be yellow-tinged.

12. Four combinations AB, AC, BC, ABC are available of each component. It’s convenient for switch of material combination TDI/MDI/NDI. It has a wide ratio range and realises multi-purpose on one machine.
13.Stable color pressure regulation system(patented technology): Due to the small proportion of color slurry in the production process, it is easy to cause pressure difference can not be greater than the color slurry, so a pressure regulation and pressure stabilization system is added to the color system to ensure the saturation and evenness of the product.
14.Add the mobile APP function, no matter where you are, you can also know the production site well, and at the same time facilitate the communication between equipment manufacturers and users. The error parameter setting in the production process can be corrected in time to better serve customers.
15.The mixing seal adopts the taper floating seal technology to eliminate the most headache of the old-fashioned model.
16.Speed closed-loop control: each measurement pump motor spindle additional encoder, online test speed and feedback to the control system real-time operation to make the speed always stable at the target speed(accuracy one-thousandth turn), The speed instability caused by low speed torque and load change is completely avoided in the control mode of frequency converter
